Acton Jennings LLP is a family run organisation dedicated to furthering the interests of employers. For over 30 years we have been providing practical, cost effective solutions to health & safety and employment problems, working in a wide range of industry sectors throughout the whole of the UK.
Our aim is to enable our clients to comply fully with the complex obligations placed upon them by employment and health & safety law. We can help reduce the risk of legal action being pursued against our clients by providing a continuing professional support service.
All of our work is backed by an indemnity insurance policy. In relation to HR problems this means that any HR client taken to an employment tribunal, providing that our advice has been followed, would be entitled to representation at the hearing and any award the employment tribunal makes would be paid by us. In relation to our health and safety services, the policy allows us to fund the appeal an Improvement or Prohibition Notice where we think there are reasonable prospects of success. In the event of a prosecution, we would meet the costs of defense.
Acton Jennings LLP can provide tailored training on any aspect of health and safety that may be of relevance to your business, to be delivered at your workplace or in our training room.
We assist a number of our clients to obtain accreditation from CHAS, Safe Contractor and many more, many of these clients retain us to ensure that they maintain the accreditation.
