Tribunal representation

This means that where Acton Jennings' advice is followed, any tribunal awarded against our client is paid by us, as are legal and witness costs.

The maximum compensatory award in employment tribunal is £115,115 and will be updated every year. There is no upper limit on the award in cases of sex, race and disability discrimination!

Tribunal directions in England and Wales often require witness statements to be prepared, exchanged and cross referenced to the tribunal bundle. Acton Jennings arranges all this preparatory work for the client.
